Flachdichtungen mit Innenbördel aus Graphit-Spießblech nach DIN2690
Ein hochwertiger Dichtungswerkstoff aus flexiblem Graphit mit Edelstahl-Spießblech verstärkt und aufgrund der rein mechanischen Verbindung frei von Klebemitteln.
Einsatzbereich
Für Einsätze speziell im Dampfbereich und vielen anderen Medien, mit Ausnahme stark oxidierender Säuren. Durch die hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit besonders geeignet für Hochtemperaturanwendungen sowie bei thermischer und mechanischer Wechselbelastung.
Empfohlene Dauer-Betriebs-Temperatur:
-200°C bis +400°C
Max. empfohlener Betriebsdruck:
100 bar
Diese Angaben sind Richtwerte, die sich auf eine Standartdicke von 2,0 mm beziehen und nicht gleichzeitig auftreten dürfen. In Abhängigkeit der Dicke sind diese Werte zu modifizieren. In inerter Atmosphäre ist Graphit/Spießblech auch über 400°C anwendbar. Für den Einsatz bei Lastwechseln wird eine anwendungstechnische Beratung empfohlen.
