The special structure of a spiral-wound gasket (swg/spw) enables it to be used in critical operating environments and high-pressure applications. Due to the combination of a spirally wound soft material strip and a stainless steel strip. Due to the design, component expansion differences and the resulting changes in the sealing gap can be compensated for. Thus, even at high pressures and temperatures, a secure seal can always be guaranteed and leakage rates reduced.
